Unifreight Africa Limited’s board has approved the delisting of the transport and logistics company from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The group’s chief finance officer, Jackson Fambawaputa, said Unifreight will immediately list on the US dollar-denominated Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX).
“Further details of the transaction will be provided…once all regulatory processes have been finalized,” he said.
